Life Coaching & Relationship Coaching
We offer both life coaching and relationship coaching.
At IMW, we obtained skills and training for individual coaching and couples/relationship coaching through advanced professional training in Natural BioEnergetics, Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching training and our Bachelor’s in Holistic Health Science.
Most of our coaching is solution based however we may/will blend traditional and holistic methods into the process which often includes Natural BioEnergetics (NB). Adding NB can be incredibly advantageous in streamlining the coaching process.
Life Coaching
Life coaching is our coaching services for individuals. It is primarily focused on the solution based needs of the client. And can cover all facets of goal setting and/or solution based progression.
Although we focus on solution based goal setting and problem solving, we can blend some traditional based techniques when and where necessary. Success building is our key focus.
Life coaching is a positive, mindful momentum based approach to help clients get unstuck. If we feel the client can benefit to more advanced mental health based services, we are more than happy to help direct and/or refer them.

Relationship Coaching
This is generally a couples based appointment. This type of appointment is mostly for marital or pre-marital type relationships however it can be utilized for work or professional based situations as well.
We have both book-as-you-need appointments and program-based coaching as well. All relationship coaching is primarily solution-based coaching focusing on positive results.
All couples have the option to come to a free discovery session which allows us to determine your coaching goals and needs as well as learning your options.
